Sarah is a strategist and producer working at the intersection of technology, media, and social impact. With over 15 years of experience leading global programs across corporate and non-profit sectors, she specializes in building strategic partnerships, launching new products, and directing impact-focused initiatives.

During her tenure at Google and YouTube, Sarah held several key leadership roles. She brought early-stage technologies to market including Google Cardboard (VR/AR), Helpouts and Google Arts & Culture.

Recognizing a need for ethical guardrails in tech, Sarah transitioned into driving equity and human rights initiatives. As one of the Business Lead for YouTube’s Global Racial Justice strategy, she managed the operational rollout of the $100M YouTube Black Voices Fund, which supported over 500 creators worldwide. She also established the Fairness Advisory Group to audit early generative AI products for bias and stereotypes before launch.

In tandem with her tech career, Sarah is an active filmmaker and community leader. In 2019, she co-founded Well Travelled Collective, a production company focused on female-led storytelling. Her documentary projects have been featured on RedBull TV, Reel Rock and screened at film festivals globally.

She serves on the advisory boards for 5Point Film Festival and Protect Our Winters where she regularly contributes to strategic growth and curation.

Born in Switzerland, Sarah was raised between Santa Fe, New Mexico and the French Alps, where she cut her teeth as an alpine climber. Sarah currently lives in South Lake Tahoe, with her husband Timmy ONeill, and their two kids.
